I do unerstand this will not reach Jean Marimon till at least Monday. Dear Ms.Marimon In regard to the letter you sent me by US mail. I reread the email sent out and it says enough to check on this case and so does the second letter sent by email to your office and to the office in Trenton.Also by hitting replie you could have asked me anything to help. I would have thought that Charles Paragain's name would have come up in your system as one of the foster parents to William Colon aka William Taff. I guess I was mistaken. Just to make you aware, The reason I use the computer and email is I am disabled and I talk and the computer does the typing for me. So Please excuse me for not sending a letter back the US mail way. As for your letter: You state that the Division is committed to ensuring the safety and well being of all the children under your supervision. The safety and well being of my brother's chldren and WT aka Wc are of great concern to you. If that is a fact then why did Charles recieve a call from the doctor birth mother was to bring William WT aka WC to. That stated to Charles he missed bringing WT aka WC in for his visit two month after WT aka WC had been returned to the birth mother? This Doctor, Charles had never taken WT aka WC to or even met. But the contact number was to Charles. There was no number for the birth mother. Or to the ones that are supose to be looking after WC aka WT ? This is just one more reason for our concern for WC aka WT. And my consern for Charles and Daniel. Along with my neices and nephews. I never asked for anyone to give me confidential information on either the birth mother or WC aka WT and did not exspect anyone to. You say you are monitoring the case closely to ensure WC aka WT continued safety an well being. Then why did she not show up to WC aka WT's doctor appointment with him ? You say that you have been asked to research this matter an provide a response. So where is the research. You never came to the house and ask questions. You never spoke to the children and hear there side. You looked in your computer and only got one side. DYFS' side. And you tell me the division is providing therapy to assist my neices and nephews threw this difficult time Ray was already in theropy and now you have 4 more in theropy for lets see Ray gets 1 1/2 alone which he had before. and now the others get 1 1/2 hrs a week together. I will tell you have this is helping: My Nieces says to me, " Their not going to help my brother. And each time I just worry again and again. She hurt us and nobody will ever help me to understand why my baby brother has to go threw this." When I sit with Raymond alone he no longer sits close to me. And that brakes my heart. He and I have a special bond and always have. We share the same birthday ! And he use to trust me. More then anyone. It is very hard to brake threw a child that has been hurt so bad and from so many people in his short life. Ray was the one in a foster home where they gave a baby boy back to the mother and then returned him to the foster parents after he was brain damaged. Raymond was the one that showed signs of sexual abuse from a foster home. He was also the one that was in more then one foster home. When WC aka WT came Raymond did a very big turn around. He never showed love to many people but sure showed it to Willam an started to open up to the rest of the family. But research on him was not taken in when DYFS called Charles and Dan about the baby. But Charles and Dan did. They were very plane in making sure their children would not be hurt. But your side did not. They lied and kept lieing. Do you really think theropy is going to let Raymond believe anyone again ? It has made it all come back to him. when he tells me he wishes his mother dead. Now this is the only time he scares me. He is 15 yrs old. And everyone to him has let him down. What kind of person does not take into consideration what this would have done to him? Do I believe in anyway DYFS is. No because what person calls Charles and Daniel up and asks them to be the babysitter during the day for WC aka WT and then take him to the mother at night. Where was the safety of the children then ? They should give him back each night to the same person that is still hurting them ? The first thing in rehab is don't get into a relasionship. Or anything that puts pessure on you. Did you think of what kind of pessure it puts on the birth mother? In over 15 years of our knowledge of her past she does not do well at all with pressure. Did you not get records from Judy the social worker that knows all of the birth mother's dealings with DYFS ? Where did the records go that this birth mother is a depress person an that she suffers from being bipolar. Charles has them. Why do you not have them. Why was she taken to doctors till one finally said no she is not. Do you have the record that says birth mother refused to take her meds for them because she did not like the way they made her feel? Charles has them. Do you have the record of why Laura Taff's parents could not have the children. Charles does. How about the one that say how police had to brake down the door to save Kayla. Or the one where Kayla was born under the George Washington Bridge and did not reseve medical help when she was going threw withdrawals. the birth mother ingraved her name under the bridge. Did you know that ? Did you know that the birth mother, when she saw for the first time that Charles and Daniel were the ones that were taking care of WC aka WT her words were. " oh good, now I know he is safe. Were you also aware the birth mother was in three other rehabs and failed ! That her choice in men was only the ones that use drugs. Were you also told it was not the birth mother that asked for help when WC aka WT was born ? The hospital thank God did their job an Called for help. Then and only then didthe birth mother want to go into rehab. before that she was going to an out patient for her drugs. DYFS put William with a mother with Hepatitis C. And gave it to WC aka WT. Yes he is very lucky he was showing to get better. But she will not !

Who gets hepatitis C?

Anyone can get hepatitis C, but some people are at higher risk, including

• people who were born to a mother with hepatitis C
• people who have had more than one sex partner in the last 6 months or have a history of sexually transmitted disease
• people who had a blood transfusion or organ transplant before July 1992
• people with hemophilia who received blood products before 1987
• people who have used illegal injection drugs

So you are telling me that it is in the best interest of WC aka WT to be with a person with Hepatitis C ? And the birth mother did not bring one of God's special angels, WC aka WT to his doctor appoinments. I recieved a note from Judy Trocola - Palumbo, you know her well as she is the one that knows and was involved but in Bergen County with all involved here. This note was short and quick. In it she says, I sure am persistant meaning me." But I wander why DYFS has not been. Also I dont want to hear she is from Bergen County DYFS and this happened in Passaic County so she can not get involved. Well she made the First call to Charles and Daniel to start all this. Also anyone working for or with DyFS should never assume what they do not know and tell someone something they will not back up to come true ! You state also that Charles and I appear to have a close relationship. Well we have a whole family that keeps a very close relationship unconditionaly and forever ! I am proud to say he was born 12 years after me. And he was to me my baby. I help in raising him to be the fantastic loving person he is today. When one in our family should be hurt in anyway the whole family hurts. The whole family was at WC aka WT's 1st birthday. And now the whole family will back him till this is corrected fully. That is what is in the best interest means ! Now, I am quite possitive you can not give me one reason WC aka WT's best interest or my neices and nephew's best interest has been in anyway considered in this issue. She is a very nice person I am told, but again the same outcome. You sit in your chairs and work your computers to look for note one chidren and families. You write to me trying to lead me to believe you really care. You never met our family. Nor have you ever met WC aka WT. You take the word of someone that has not done the job they are supose to do. WE have proof for every word we say. Yours is what ? Also for what has not been said yet here. The lives of 5 chldren are now in very poor and confused shape. And only because DYFS placed a baby knowing he was not going to stay with his already harmed biological siblings and the rest of the children in the family. You placed a baby that is threw the pains of withdrawals and having to have blood tests each doctor visit to see about his Hepatitis C that was both give to him by the birth mother. Did you not do homework on if she has a cut and with such a young baby that puts his hands in his mouth could easily touch and get Hepatitis C for life. NO ! you say this is in the best interest of the baby. Now did the law guardian do any of their homework on this issue or one the life long affects of this. NO, They saw the baby three times in one year. Poof give him back. There was no investigater because we are told Passaic County DYFS and courts do not have one when it comes to the best interest of a child. Now the birth mother can collect good tax payers money each month and also get a check for WC aka WT and go buy her drugs. Did you also know that at one of the visits with the birth mother and the baby. She asked when WC aka WT started to fuss, She handed him back to the foster parent. She could not handle him at that time. So now you give him back to her. He is one and will still be teething. Did you think of that ? This is not the first time or the second time this birth mother has needed help and got it. Lets remember she has never come ansd asked for help till one of the children were taken away from her. The paper make it look like it was all her idea and wants help. Lets face it, It does not take a very smart person to see how this game she is playing works. Did you even one time think about WC aka WT. Not in anyway !!!
